I know how you feel
I know that when you’re doing your dishes you wonder how you’re going to take care of that bundle of joy, all by themselves or even with other siblings already around, let alone continue to take care of yourself and home. When you’re eating you’re thinking about what your diet and exercise may be doing to your baby’s health. You’re constantly running through your head all those thoughts and opinions from others about their experiences and wondering, “What if that happens to me?” But especially, you’re worried about the actual birth, how it will feel, is it going to hurt? will you be able to get through it? what’s the best thing for your baby? It’s constantly on your mind, every moment of every day, for nine months strait, maybe even longer.
I’m here to tell you that it will be okay
It’s okay to be feeling what you are. Pregnancy and every other time surrounding having a baby is showered with every single kind of emotion. But I know that you’re looking for something that will help, something that will reassure you that birthing that baby naturally IS possible. Maybe you haven’t even decided yet, and that’s okay too. But that’s why you’re here and that’s why I’m here. I want you to achieve that goal the way YOU want to achieve it. Of course that baby is going to come, with or without your planning. But knowledge and action beforehand is an enormous POWER you will have on your side.
You CAN do hard things
What I hope to attain here today is to help you find your way in deciding what you’re going to do with your baby’s birth, and how you’re going to do it naturally. You can do hard things; you’re a woman! You CAN do it, and you will do it through determination, preparation, and support from others like me. Hi Sarah, being male and more of the age to be getting grandchildren rather than my own I came to this site with few expectations. What a surprise. You have produced a great site here, full of really useful info which I found myself happily reading through, a lot of it anyway. Congratulations on both the layout and content. I am sure many, many mothers to be will find just what they are looking for here. Well done. Gordon
Thank you, Gordon. If you have any daughters or granddaughters ready for children in the future, please send them my way. I appreciate it. Best to you!
Hi Sarah,
Me and my wife have two children, and I can say it’s one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had. I have the most respect for women, because they endure so much during the time their pregnant and during birth. I went in with my wife both times and it was an experience I will never forget. Thanks for all the great information.
I will never forget the births of my children either. Some nights I seem to relive those moments continuously. Thanks for sharing Bryon.

Hi Sarah!
Me and my wife find ourselves in a foreign country contemplating on expanding our family. You’re site is full of great content and helpful tips! Love it! Thanks for the info! We feel more confident and prepared after reading some of your work! Thanks!
That is wonderful you’re wanting to start your family. It is a huge step to take but always worth it.
Make sure to go through a birthing course that will help you be prepared effectively. And don’t forget to have your wife exercise, encourage her and do it with her and you’ll both feel much better through your pregnancy.
Thanks for your comment, Harry! I’m here for anything you may need.
Hello, Sarah
This is a very informative and valuable blog on natural baby birth. I just happen to know 2 female friends who are pregnant as I speak, and your website will be very handy, so I will definitely pass it on to them.
Thanks for your articles
Neil
Thanks for sharing Neil. It seems we all know someone who is pregnant. Hopefully we can reach those with desires for a natural birth. Anytime!
What a great resource for expectant Mums. My daughter had a first baby recently and opted for a birthing pool. Wish I’d had all those options when I was having babies!
I’ve never done a water birth, would like to try it, but I feel better about being in a hospital just in case. That’s great for your daughter! Feel free to share with your daughter for her future babies. I would love to hear her story as well.
I have another daughter who is pregnant , I’ve passed your site onto her.
You’re the best Kathy!
Your site has sooooo much helpful information on natural births! I don’t have any children on the way yet, but when I do I will definitely be visiting you often!
That’s great to hear Brad. I am always glad when I hear support from a husband for his wife’s birth. Many times mothers are alone in their decisions, but I encourage you to be there for your wife in all the paths you travel together. I love forward to hearing more from you! Thanks for your comment.
Hi Sarah, I love your site, it is a great resource for any expectant Mother, as well as any expectant Father who wants to understand more of what a woman goes through during pregnancy and birth.
Natural sounds the way to go, but I guess it is down to personal choice, great site, keep up the good work.
Regards
Rob
It IS down to personal choice, and I respect that right for anyone. Thanks for you comment, Robert!

Hey Sarah,
Very interesting site. Nothing can beat the natural. It’s a great experience of joy only a mother could feel. All the sweat and pain literally disappeared with the appearance of the little bundle. Thank you for your encouraging article.
Norleila
Thank you, Norleila. I couldn’t agree more. Thanks for your comment!
I can’t even begin to image the vast range of thoughts and emotions that expectant mothers would go through.
I know when my best girlfriend was pregnant with her kids, her excitement tended to rub off on me! I imagine that there would also be a lot of nervousness about the birth and bringing up a child as well… but I think you are right, the key is to do all you can beforehand and be prepared for what is to come!
It sounds like you would be an excellent mother, Jolie. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for sharing. I have a friend who had all five of her children all natural and at home. Always thought she was crazy but she did it. more power to you ladies for doing it that way and teaching others how. Great article!!
Dear Angela, that’s the stigma that has to be overcome sometimes-people thinking it’s crazy, when in actuality it’s not. There were moments when I thought I was crazy myself!
That’s awesome to hear about your friend. Please share your story and encourage her too on our Stories page.
Thanks for your comment!
My wife did a natural birth. She trained with the hypno baby program and then opted for a water birth. I was incredibly humbled by the strength she showed during the process!
It’s so good to know that others are pursuing the same path. Thanks for your comment Jared! I’m glad to hear of your wife’s success. Those are the stories we need to hear more of.
Cannot wait to see your future posts. I wish I had seen a website like this before my babies were born. I would have made a more informed decision regarding my childrens birthing process..
Shantra, you’re not the first person to tell me so. But one thing you CAN do: help your daughters understand their options too. The doors are opening much wider these days for mothers to not feel pressured into their own birthing decisions. Thanks for your comment!
Hello you expecting mothers! My site is currently under construction but being added to daily. Check back often to find what you’re looking for. Or drop me a note and I can work one something that you’re more interested in. Thanks!
