My Story …
When I was first married I was scared to death of having children. All I had ever heard my whole life was things like “you can’t give birth without medication,” or “it’s the most painful things ever!”
But then that day when I looked down at those two pink lines confirming I was pregnant, I was determined that all the terrible things I had heard weren’t going to happen to me.
I knew that women for thousands and thousands of years had given birth naturally. Coming from a health and science background, I also knew about the harmful things that modern deliveries could entail. But I knew MOST OF ALL that I am a daughter of God with a divine ability within me, and with a role that I would forever cherish.
So I made my decision—I was going to have a natural birth. No drugs, no epidural, no surgery. And I was going to do everything I possibly could to make that happen. I wanted the healthiest start for my children because I knew that it was something I could control.
I knew it.
So that’s what I did. Now I have three beautiful boys that have arrived in the most glorious moments I have ever experienced. You can do it too.
You CAN Do Hard Things
You can do hard things like:

- give birth,
- and YES, do it naturally.

Wow Sarah this website is awesome and very, very informative from all the cool images, videos to free gifts. You really nailed this thing down from beginning to end. Great job. I have a seven year old son and I gave birth naturally too no major issues except a few stitches below but that healed up nicely. Natural birth is indeed the way to go. If I have to go down that road, I would go natural again. All the best.

Go natural first, in many places today women opt for c section first….
Very true, Michael. I once knew a gal that opted for a C-section every time, even before her due date. I only hope that her children are well through life even after the risks she chose to take. But its everyone’s choice. Thanks for your comment.
Sarah, Albeit many years ago I was like you terrified of natural childbirth but I am so glad that my sister convinced me otherwise as it was the most beautiful and memorable experience of my life (both times).

Why is it that women always feel the need to scare first time mothers? I loved being pregnant and had pretty good deliveries. My first I had an epidural. I hated it because I couldn’t feel to push. So my second and third were both natural which was way easier and quicker.
