Everyone’s ideal baby birth can be envisioned and even written out.  Keeping that standard in mind and then presenting it to your doctor or midwife puts more power and control over your birth directly into your hands.

Some doctors only need a discussion and there are no issues.  Others you may want to have a physical document you both sign together in agreement.  Whatever your situation or comfort level that will work for you is fine.
