Benefits No Other Hypnobirthing Resource Can Provide

On the surface, many hypnobirthing courses or techniques may seem very similar or not distinguishable from each other.  The Birth Relaxation Kit has many advantages over other options due to a number of reasons like:

  1. The Birth Relaxation Kit is the ONLY hypnosis course that is presented by a Board Certified Medical Doctor who used the same techniques for herself and her own childbirth.
  2. The Kit is the ONLY course that includes music particularly written and designed for childbirth while including the subliminal messaging geared toward positive affirmations.
  3. It is the ONLY hypnosis course that incorporates the Birth Partner’s role and skill set necessary for fully supporting your experience.

The sheer fact that this is supported by a practicing Physician is a key benefit that many mothers feel even more secure with, comparable to other resources.

Every product can be summarized by comparing their positive attributes against the negative ones, even without knowing the contents of the product.  The Birth Relaxation Kit has many good aspects that tip the scales fully, such as:

What Other Thinks About The Birth Relaxation Kit

Many mothers have shared their testimonials about their positive birth experiences after using the Birth Relaxation Kit.  Here is just one story I enjoyed and thought you would too.

Here is where I usually have a negative testimonial of whatever product I’m discussing.  And honestly, I COULDN’T FIND ONE!  I searched high and low and was only able to encounter positive results from  the Birth Relaxation Kit.  I believe this says a lot about what is being offered and how well it helps mothers and their deliveries.

In Conclusion

To summarize what I think is quite self explanatory, I think the Birth Relaxation Kit is a remarkable resource that every expecting mother will find great advantage with.  I encourage you to get started with the Birth Relaxation Kit when you’ve decided for yourself that a natural unmedicated birth is what you want.  And the kit can help you with getting over those hurdles.

Because the health of your baby and the results you want are attainable, that’s why I wanted to introduce this to you-so you can have all advantageous assets on your side.  I believe the the Birth Relaxation Kit contains everything you need to in order to have an amazing experience bringing your child into the world.

I give the Birth Relaxation Kit 4.5/5 stars and has my stamp of approval.

4.5/5 stars

You can decide also for yourself which arrangement of the Birth Relaxation Kit will work best for you.  Each version is excellent and will suite your needs in preparing for your birth.  If having the personalized sessions isn’t that important to you, then the PLUS version of the kit will provide you with the most value for the cost.

Plus, you DO have the unlimited phone support, which I believe is just as valuable as a personalized session because you will still be able to ask all the questions you have and get immediate feedback.

The link below will take you directly to the Birth Relaxation Kit website.  You can download a free mp3 sample of what you’ll be getting more of if you’re still not quite sure.  But I find that many mothers don’t require this additional step and are ready to move forward with their natural hypnosis course from the get go.

OK, being a man might put me in the wrong corner here but I’ve never heard of hypnobirthing before. Is it effective? Is it commonly used?
I must say it’s an excellent idea on the pain front of things if it is indeed effective.
    Extremely interesting article.
Tell me, are there any health concerns when it comes to this type of therapy?

    • Sarah says:

Hypnobirthing is simply learning how to incorporate deep meditation and relaxation for a laboring mother. When you tense up during any sort of pain, it becomes exacerbated, which is why many mothers make things worse for themselves because they are driven by a fear of pain.

But incorporated relaxation methods allow the full feelings of labor contractions to proceed without the mother fighting her body. You can read more here about that.

There aren’t any health concerns because it’s simply all in the mind of the mother doing it. It’s a good technique that anyone can benefit from actually, allowing the body to cleanse itself mentally and release any stress or tension that is lurking anywhere. Thanks for your comment Chris. Best!

I have a few friends that are expecting and are talking about ways to make a natural childbirth more relaxing. I will pass this article on to them. I was induced with my first and my second came out so quick I didn’t have the option of an epidural (although I did ask for one). I was so stressed and anxious because the nurse assured me there was lots of time for me to get the epidural. If I would have known I wouldn’t be getting one I would have prepared myself more. It sounds like I could have used some tips from the birth relaxation kit.

    • Sarah says:

How quick was your labor with the second one? You may have had a precipitous labor that can run in families. If you’d like to share your story, feel free on our stories page.

Thanks for sharing Tanya and I look forward to hearing from your friends if they have any questions. They’ll enjoy the Birth Relaxation Kit. Best!

      • Tanya says:

I was in labour for several hours when the doctor decided to break my water (I was 4cm dialated). My son was born about 4 hours after my water was broken. I told my husband to find the nurse so I could get my epidural (this was about 3 hours after my water broke) and the nurse came in to say that there was still lots of time. I told her that I felt like I had to push and she brushed it off. She decided to check to see if I had dilated anymore to put my mind at ease. She then said “oh, you are right, you do need to push. There is no time for an epidural now”. Not how I had envisioned things.

        • Sarah says:

Don’t you love it when the nurses don’t believe you? With my second boy, after they broke my water at 7cm, I had one LONG contraction for like three minutes. Then she walked out and said I’d be ready to push in about an hour or so and she’d come back then.

Right after she walked out I was ready to push. My husband brought her back in and she had a skeptical look on her face. Then she checked me and I had gone to 10cm in those 5 minutes! You think they’d have seen everything and be open to all possibilities. It’s hard when everything doesn’t go exactly the way we want.

Even though that’s not how you envisioned things Tanya, now you know that you could do it again if needed and that you got through it all! Usually pushing isn’t as painful as transitional labor. Thanks for sharing!

    • Sarah says:

Sure thing Nnamdi. It’s essentially a hypnobirthing course for expecting parents. But you can also look at the GivingBirthNaturally and PeacefulBirth online courses too. I encourage mothers to take more than one sort of course because not every single way of getting through labor will work best for everyone. Good luck!

  3. Neil says:

    Hi, Sarah.

This birth relaxation kit, sounds amazing :) To be honest, I didn’t even know that pregnant women could get their hands on such products, but if this works, then it’s worth every dollar.

There surely are a lot of pros and benefits to purchasing this hypnosis kit, so I will recommend this post to a friend who is expecting.

    Cheers. Neil

    • Sarah says:

Thanks for sharing Neil. It’s always good to hear from you. Let your friend know that I’m here to help. She may even like getting an Upsie Belly band for herself too when times are tough. Best!

  4. Shierly says:

    Hi! Sarah,

Although, I delivered 14 months passed , I do believe on Natural Baby Birth,in fact, I delivered my baby normal. I wished I came across the Birth Relaxation Kit before. Other than that,I enjoyed reading and got some ideas on your site of how important a mother’s health during pregnancy so as to bring and give the baby’s good health as well.
    All the Best!

    • Sarah says:

Maybe you’ll get to use it in the future, Shierly. Thanks for your comment. I would encourage you to share your birth story on the stories page here because it’s always helpful for new mothers to hear the good experiences of others. Feel free to stop by anytime. Thanks!

  5. Debra says:

Now that is a kit for the stresses if the day, for the anxiety that has built up, and for the exhaustion a pregnant mother or over whelmed parent could use, and well past the stage of pregnancy too.

I love this idea and the review you have given us readers.
    Thanks

    • Sarah says:

I think anyone could benefit from learning how to do self hypnosis because it’s really just a deeper version of meditation. Thanks for your comment, Debra. I think you may enjoy the peace that can come from using a Belly Armor blanket too, blocking the radiation that could affect your unborn baby. There’s is an incredible amount of anxiety that can be relieved from using one. Feel free to share, and you’re welcome!

  6. Melissa says:

    Hey,

This was an amazing post and i read it all lol I usually don’t but yours was so fascinating. I will get this kit when I am pregnant I am actually saving this link for the future. Hopefully it is not anytime soon lol but this was amazing and very informative.

    Sincerely, Melissa :)

    • Sarah says:

Thanks Melissa. Let me know when that time comes and I’d be glad to help. Whenever you start trying or learn you’re expecting, be sure to have the proper nutrients in your diet, for the beginning of a pregnancy is the most crucial when it comes to that aspect. You can learn more here. Have a nice day!

  7. Nate says:

Hey this looks like a really good idea. I had never thought of a birth relaxation kit until a friend mentioned it. Definitely considering getting this for my partner.

Is there anything in the kit for helping the father relax too?!

    • Sarah says:

Absolutely! There is an mp3 and an entire guide book JUST for the partner who is helping the expecting mother. That’s an excellent thing that I like about this kit too because many other programs don’t have the support and resources tailored just for the significant other that is there to help. Your partner may even like some pampering items to help her relax too. I recommend Earth Mama’s pregnancy bundles here. Thanks for your comment Nate!

  8. Rob says:

    Hi Sarah,

I know I’m out of my depth here as a Dad of 3 in their late twenties! But, I want to congratulate you on a masterful website full of useful information.

Anything to do with hypnosis sure has my vote; the mind can be a great healer given half a chance!

    Regards
    Rob

    • Sarah says:

Thanks for your comment, Rob. And I like how you put that: The mind can be a great healer given half a chance! You’re quite right, being able to do the many difficult things that we do and healthily get through the tough times is ALL in the mind. Just believing in ourselves is the first step. Feel free to share with any daughters or daughters in law that you may have. I’m sure they’ll appreciate it, thanks!

  9. Jean says:

That’s very interesting. I have heard of self hypnosis for other things, but never childbirth, but it certainly makes sense. I suppose you could get a book and learn this on your own, however, I think that might be a bit difficult and may not be done properly.

I like that there is a kit that can teach you and your support how to do this in an effective way. With the phone consultation, who would they be talking to?

    • Sarah says:

The phone consultations connect you with a professional in the field applicable to hypnosis and childbirthing. That’s another thing I love about this kit is that you don’t have to worry about just talking to a customer service person that hates their job. But your getting help you need from someone who actually KNOWS what they’re talking about. Thanks Jean!

  10. Angela says:

    Wow Sarah,
Birthing sure has come a long way. I had my daughter over 21 years ago and I don’t remember hearing about hypnosis back then.
I do meditation now and it sounds quite similar. I can see how it would relax someone enough to help with the birthing process.
    Angela

    • Sarah says:

It is quite similar to meditation. Along with progressive muscle relaxation and visualization, they can all tie together in one way or another. Which is why I encourage mothers to learn about and try a number of different methods or techniques because you may never quite know exactly what will work best for you until you’re in the thick of things. And having practiced everything and studied with preparation beforehand is an ENORMOUS benefit for the mother. Thanks for your comment, Angela!

  11. Raphael says:

Hey there. My wife was a nurse in labor and delivery. She said, while watching an episode of “Call the Midwife” that relaxation is key. I’m guessing this relaxation stuff is worth its price and then some.

    • Sarah says:

You’re absolutely right, Raphael. You can do everything else before your birth. But if you haven’t mastered how to relax, then it’s going to be difficult. I know that relaxation is more than once concept, so it’s good for mothers to approach it from different angles. It’s definitely worth the time, money, and effort to master. Thanks for sharing!
